A witness to the disappearance of Amber Lynn Costello identified “a first-generation Chevrolet Avalanche as the vehicle her killer is believed to be driving” according to a bail request filed in Suffolk County Court. Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone has been overseeing the Gilgo Beach investigation since his tenure began. The suspect is expected to appear in Riverhead court this morning, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.
