    Successful End to Card Recycling Drive

    Keep Islip Clean brought their annual Card Recycling Drive to a very successful conclusion, with approximately 100,000 used greeting cards collected through schools, scouting troop drives and hundreds of individuals who participate every year.

    http://www.sayville.com/banners/kay2016/FA16_%20Kay%20Cameron.jpgVolunteers sorted, processed and packaged all cards.  Most were donated to St. Jude’s Ranch for Children, who will create “new” cards and the local American Legion for a letter writing campaign to soldiers overseas.
