The American Legion will be hosting the 1st Annual Dan Lumley Day fundraiser for the Sayville resident and his family on Sunday, October 23rd at the Smith-Wever American Legion Hall on Foster Avenue.
The Legionnaire was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident on August 7th. Since the accident, Dan has suffered through multiple surgeries and life-saving procedures. His will is strong and with the loving support of his family and friends, he is starting the long road to recovery.
But it will not be easy as Dan’s injuries are grave and life altering.
So please join Daniel’s wife Lisa, his children and Sayville’s Veterans to help one of our own for n family-fun day of community, raffles and Texas Road House BBQ.
100% of the proceeds will benefit the Lumley Family.
