Sayville Student Anthony Vetere Receives 2015 LIASEA Scholarship Award

The Long Island Association of Special Education Administrators (LIASEA) held their annual awards luncheon recently at the Milleridge Inn, located in Jericho, NY. LIASEA is a group of special education administrators who are responsible for programs and services in public and private schools or agencies. Their meetings provide invaluable opportunities to dialogue with others who possess experience with and knowledge of the issues that challenge special education administrators, teachers, and parents.

At this year’s awards luncheon, LIASEA honored educators and students alike. One of the scholarship awards: The Student of the Year Award went to Sayville student Anthony Vetere.
