History of Islip Grange – Special exhibit for the month of August

    Islip Arts News

Friends of the Grange presents a special exhibit on the history of Islip Grange in the Brookwood Hall Historical Exhibition Room.

A Place to Touch the Face of History

This is a place in Islip Town where we can step back in time and see an Islip of an earlier age when the pace of life was different. This is a place where the rural Islip Town can still be experienced.

The 12-acre park, located at the corner of Broadway Ave and Montauk Highway in Sayville, was established to remind us of our roots and preserve some of what might have been lost in the crush of development.

Come and visit us in the Brookwood Hall Historical Exhibition Room during open hours of the Islip Arts Council and Islip Art Museum are open.

     Tuesday – Friday 10am – 4pm and Saturday -Sunday 12pm – 4pm
