    Sayville Curves Is Open

Curves in Sayville is tucked away in the corner of the Stop & Shop shopping center on Montauk Highway.  They are open for business and cannot wait for you to stop in to get fit!

The original owner Sharon Boyle of Sayville was trying to sell Curves.  She said, “We almost sold it three times.  I said to myself, obliviously I was not meant to sell Curves.  Something is going to happen.”  That is when long time Curves member Jeannine McKenna also of Sayville stepped up and decided to become business partners with Boyle.  She knows firsthand what Curves can do since she lost 70 pounds on the circuit.

It has been almost a year that these two energetic ladies have been running Curves together.  As Boyle explains, Curves is a place for women to exercise and more.  “We do a lot of socializing and supporting.  I always say I am going to write a book called ‘All the Problems I Solved on the Curves Circuit’.”  Whether someone needs help with a home repair or wants to share a new healthy recipe, the ladies come together to help out and have fun!

In addition to the 30 minute circuit, Curves has classes in Jillian Michaels, Zumba and Body Basic that targets areas like core, legs and arms.  They also hold numerous fundraisers, get together for outings and sometimes even have a movie night at Curves.

    Stop in, say hi and stay for a free workout to experience all that Curves has to offer you.  Hours are Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. and reopen at 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.
